The Town of Champdoré is looking for a Director of Administrative Services. 

 (Champdoré, N.-B., May 3, 2023) – At the special meeting of January 9, 2023, the municipal council of the Town of Champdoré unanimously adopted a strategic planning process. Following a request for proposal process, JGV Consultants Inc. was selected to assist the new municipality.

They provide grants to help cover the costs of registration fees so that all kids aged 18 and under in Kent County can play a season of sport.
 
Their chapter accepts applications and administers grants of up to $400 per child/year, for kids who live in Kent County, or in one of the other communities they serve. If you live outside of Kent County please contact the Provincial Office to find your nearest chapter, or to get support through the Provincial Fund.

The renovation project of the Saint-Antoine Community Park was selected as a finalist in the Voilà contest with UNI Financial Cooperation for the Kent and Miramichi region.

The municipal council of Champdoré organized a public consultation on Wednesday, January 4 at the Saint-Antoine Community Centre on electoral boundaries and representation.

There will be a public consultation session on recreational infrastructures (skating rink, community park) on Wednesday November 10 at 7 pm at the Saint-Antoine Community Centre. Proof of vaccination and wearing a mask will be required. Welcome to all citizens!

 The program for the Saint-Antoine Fall Colors Festival is now available. The 20th edition of this festival which will be held from September 17 to 25, 2022 will offer a variety of activities for all ages. 

Decorate your homes or businesses in Acadian colors for a chance to win ONE of three gift cards valued at $ 50 at a Saint-Antoine business of your choice. 

The intersection at Clément Avenue and Louis J. Robichaud Avenue is now a three-way stop. This new signage was installed in order to ensure the safety of road users and the students at the École Camille-Vautour.

This summer, the municipalities and Kent-South Chamber of Commerce want to support the local businesses by encouraging people to buy local. From July 1 to August 31, get your #KentSouthPassport and you could win one of the three $500 prizes.

To show support and respect for all Indigenous people, the Village of Saint-Antoine’s flags will be flown at half mast following recent discoveries in British Columbia and Saskatchewan on the sites of former residential schools. The Village of Saint-Antoine will not be celebrating Canada Day on July 1st.
