🏗️ What is the Housing Accelerator Fund?
The Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF) is a federal program that provides direct funding to municipalities to speed up the construction of new housing units. Through this initiative, the Town of Champdoré is implementing strategic policies, incentives, and infrastructure improvements to facilitate and speed up residential development.

The Town of Champdoré has received $3.8 million from the Housing Accelerator Fund. Here are the financial incentives available to support developers and builders:

| Renovation, Development and Conversion of Housing | $15,000/Unit | Renovation of vacant apartments, development of basement apartments, addition of in-law suites and conversion of commercial spaces into housing. |
