The municipal administration oversees the implementation of the decisions made by the municipal council and the daily administration of the municipality. The services offered by the municipality are the management of municipal finances, the administrative management, the management of the drinking water system, the management of the sewer system, the fire department service, the public safety services, the public works services, solid waste management, economic development, sports/leisure/cultural services and the library commission. The Village of Saint-Antoine is also a member of the Kent Regional Service Commission as well as the Association francophone des municipalités du Nouveau-Brunswick.

The general manager acts as a liaison between the municipal council and the employees. She participates in the municipal council’s meetings and supports the mayor and councillors in preparing the budget and handling complaints. She also fulfills the function of municipal clerk and meets the requirements of the mandate according to the Local Governance Act. The staff is made up of five employees.

The Village’s official communications and written correspondence are conducted in French, although service is available in both official languages.
