The municipal administration oversees the implementation of the decisions made by the municipal council and the daily administration of the municipality. The services offered by the municipality are the management of municipal finances, the administrative management, the management of the drinking water system, the management of the sewer system, the fire department service, the public safety services, the public works services, solid waste management, economic development, sports/leisure/cultural services and the library commission. The Town of Champdoré is also a member of Kent Regional Service Commission , Association francophone des municipalités du Nouveau-Brunswick , UMNB | Union of the Municipalities of New Brunswick and The Association of Municipal Administrators of New Brunswick

The General Manager acts as a liaison between the town Council and the employees. She participates in town Council meetings and supports Council in the preparation of the budget. She also performs the duties of town Clerk and Treasurer for all requirements of the mandate under the Local Governance Act. The staff consists of seven employees.
