PUBLIC NOTICE
(Under the authority vested in Section with 111 of the Community Planning Act)
The Municipality of Champdoré intends to adopt a By-Law to amend By-Law no. 2020-04 entitled « Plan rural du village de Saint-Antoine » in order to:
Change the current zoning from “Residential Single-Family (R1)” to “Residential One & Two Family (R2)”. The purpose of the rezoning is to allow the construction of one (1) residential building with two (2) housing units. Property PID 25180936 is located on Bel Air Street in Saint-Antoine.
Anyone interested can review the proposed project at the Chief Administrative Officer’s office at the Champdoré’s Municipal Office, weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Written objections to the By-Law project will be considered during a public hearing that will be held at the Champdoré’s Municipal Office on August 20st, 2024 at 6:30 pm. Anyone wishing to speak for or against these written objections may do so at these times & location.
