PUBLIC NOTICE

(Under the authority vested in Section 111 of the Community Planning Act)

The Municipality of Champdoré intends to adopt a By-Law to amend By-Law no. 2020-04 entitled « Plan rural du village de Saint-Antoine » in order to:

                   

Change the current zoning from “Residential Single-Family (R1)” to “Residential Multifamily (R3)”. The purpose of the rezoning is to allow the construction of two (2) residentials buildings with four (4) housing units each for a total of eight (8) units. Property PID 25249780 is located on Bouleaux Avenue in Saint-Antoine.

Anyone interested can review the proposed project at the Chief Administrative Officer’s office at the Champdoré municipal office, weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Written objections to the by-law project will be considered during a public hearing that will be held at the Champdoré municipal office on October 1st, 2024 at 7:30 pm. Anyone wishing to speak for or against these written objections may do so at these times & location.
