Town of Champdoré

(Under Section 111 of the Community Planning Act)

The Municipality of Champdoré intends to adopt a By-Law to amend By-Law no. 2020-04 entitled « Plan rural du village de Saint-Antoine » in order to:

Change the current zoning from “Residential One and Two Family (R2)” to “Residential Multi-Family (R3)”. The purpose of this rezoning is to allow the construction of two (2) residential buildings with twenty (20) units each and two (2) single-family residential buildings with one (1) unit each. The project will have a total of forty-two (42) residential units. The property (PID 25044561) is located next to de l’Église Street in Saint-Antoine.

Anyone interested can review the proposed project at the Chief Administrative Officer’s office at the Champdoré municipal office, weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
