Nature of the request presented
The Town of Champdoré is asking the Advisory Committee’s recommendation for the modernization of the Saint-Antoine Rural Plan.
Regulation
Community Planning Act – section 110(1)
A council shall request in writing, before enacting a by-law hereunder, the written views of the advisory committee or commission on:
-
(a) any proposed by-law in respect of which such views have not been given previously; and
-
(b) any change made in a proposed by-law subsequent to giving of views by the advisory committee or commission.
Decision
It is resolved that we recommend the changes brought to the Saint-Antoine Rural Plan that will encourage the creation of well-needed housing.
