Since March 2020, the Kent Regional Service Commission has acquired an enforcement service for rural plans as well as municipal by-law by signing an agreement with Eastern Safety Services NB Ltd. By-law enforcement officers serve the municipalities of Grand-Bouctouche, Beausoleil, Rexton, Beaurivage, Rogersville, and Champdoré to ensure compliance and enforcement of municipal by-laws and regulations.
If you have any issues or questions, contact the municipality at (506) 525-4020 and municipal employees will assess the situation and redirect the case to a by-law enforcement officer, if necessary. A By-Law Complaint Form can also be completed and sent to info@champdorenb.ca .
