The LeBlanc Residence is designated as a local historic place for its value with regards to its title of oldest home in Saint-Antoine. It would have been built by Raymond LeBlanc from La Batture (today known as Shediac), around 1865. After his death, the widow of Raymond LeBlanc married Olivier Mazerolle, one of the four Mazerolle brothers who settled very early on in the colony, after the Goguen and Robichaud families. The new couple lived in this house before it became of, among others, Hilaire (son of Louis-son of Raymond LeBlanc) LeBlanc, Mrs. Émilien (son of Damas) LeBlanc and Donald (son of Néri) LeBlanc. The LeBlanc House has always remained on the site where it was built.
